Peterson Hook 1 – Rubber Gov Steel

This H1 hook pick is made of 0.025″ Government Steel and then pressed into a black Rubber handle. These rubber handles are cast over a lockpick made of Government steel. The lockpick goes along the entire length of the handle. They are perfect for cold or hot days, arthritic hands or just everyday comfort.

This is the thickest series of lock picks from Peterson.
Although 0.025″ is thicker, than the 0.015″ and 0.018″ picks from Peterson, they do have a “Euro” neck reduction. This neck reduction is made to form more room for movement in hard-to-reach keyholes.
These picks are very useful for locks with narrow keyholes that require more force than the 0.015″ and 0.018″ picks can provide.
